During this exciting transformation period, guests can continue to enjoy the Margaritaville swimming pool with its iconic swim-up bar, as well as the Rio Mar Beach Club swimming pool. While our discovery pool and adult pool are being reimagined, we are thrilled to share that these enhancements will be unveiled by mid-December 2024. The result will be a stunning new space designed to elevate your resort experience.

The transformation will occur across three seamlessly planned unveilings. The first phase will be completed February 2025, with newly designed guest rooms and suites, and introduce two new pools, including a zero-entry pool and an adult pool, along with new cabanas that will give the essence of a luxury retreat.
The second phase, in May 2025, will launch our new Signature Suites and unveil the stunning updated Casino and new Cabaret as well as the opening of a state-of-the-art racquet center.
Finally, the third and final phase in Fall 2025 will debut three new signature restaurants showcasing incredible gastronomic offerings.
